Biostimulators: Sculptra® & Radiesse® Stimulate. Restore. Rejuvenate from within. Sculptra and Radiesse are Health Canada–licensed injectable biostimulators that help restore facial structure and improve skin quality using your body’s natural regenerative response. Sculptra, made with poly-L-lactic acid, gradually stimulates natural collagen production to improve firmness, facial volume and skin structure. Radiesse, made with calcium hydroxylapatite, provides immediate structural support while stimulating both collagen and elastin for improved firmness, elasticity and contour. Results develop gradually and naturally. Most patients require a personalized series of treatments—commonly two to three sessions for Sculptra and one or more sessions for Radiesse—followed by maintenance as recommended. Preparing for treatment: You must be healthy and free from active illness or infection. Do not schedule dental work—including routine cleanings—or a COVID-19 vaccination during the month before or after treatment. A consultation is required to determine candidacy and create your individualized treatment plan.
