Refund Policy

At Dr Ghazawi Cosmetics, we strive to provide the highest quality medical and cosmetic treatments. Because many of our services involve professional time, consumable products, and custom treatments, we have a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Services
All treatment sales are final. Refunds are not available for services that have been provided or partially provided.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment outcome, please contact us to discuss possible solutions, which may include a follow-up visit, adjustment, or alternative treatment option.

Refunds will not be issued for patient dissatisfaction with results when the treatment was provided in accordance with the agreed-upon plan and performed properly.
2. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages are valid for [insert validity period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.

If you are unable to complete all sessions in your package, the remaining balance will be available as clinic credit for future treatments but will not be refunded.

Package discounts are provided with the understanding that all sessions will be completed. If you choose not to complete the package, any sessions already received will be charged at the regular single-treatment price, and only the remaining value (if any) will be available as clinic credit.

Packages and credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Regular price of one BBL treatment: $500

Package of 3 purchased: $1,350

If 1 session is used and you decide not to complete the package, the cost of the first session is recalculated at $500, leaving $850 as a credit on your account for future use (not a cash refund).
3. Retail Products
All retail skincare product sales are final sale and non-refundable.

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges — even if the product is unopened.

Once products leave our clinic, we cannot verify how they were stored (e.g., temperature, light exposure), which may affect product quality and safety.

Please ensure you are selecting the correct product before completing your purchase.
4. Medical Contraindications
If you are unable to receive treatment due to a newly discovered medical contraindication, please contact us. In these cases, any remaining prepaid amount will be provided as clinic credit to be used toward other eligible treatments or products. No cash refunds will be issued.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Any missed or late-cancelled appointments must be paid in full before booking a new appointment.
